 锅巴/沙拉/尖角脆/妙脆角生产线是双螺杆挤压膨化技术替代传统式锅巴等生产的新技术。生产线集合混合、熟化、膨化、成形于一体，且无需锅炉，生产工序简化、、环保低碳。原料既可以是大米粉、玉米粉、面粉等单一物料，也可以是其混合料。仅通过变换模具和成型机与切断机即可改变形状、条状、带波纹的方片状、菱形片状、波浪形片状、枕头形以及号角形等。生产的锅巴、沙拉条、沙拉片、尖角脆、妙脆角等食品花色多样，口感酥脆而不油腻。

产品说明

1、拌粉机：将面粉等混合一定比例的水充分混合均匀。。 
2、膨化机：根据生产线产量的选用型号为MT-65-II型膨化主机，产量为100kg/h-150kg/h，主要面粉、玉米粉等为原料，形状可更换膨化机模具和整形机模具调节。
